PrimeCare Managers is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. If you have 10+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll—and are looking to be part of a dynamic, growing healthcare organization—this opportunity is for you. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries
• Process and manage accounts payable and vendor payments
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
• Prepare and organize documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Help track budgets and expense reports across departments
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or payroll
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with finance principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
