Reporting to the CEO, providing analytical and financial support to evaluate current production, interpret opportunities, and establish measure and form for monitoring key business metrics within the company. The individual will learn the business drivers of each department of the company and serve as a liaison between directors and the CEO.
Exposure to the healthcare industry will be important but not mandatory for a quick study. Experience and college degrees in the applied fields of engineering, mathematics, finance or accounting is required. No general business background will qualify. The individual must be intelligent and easily recognize opportunity for improvement. Dependent on ability, the qualified individual should progress nicely into leadership roles within the company.
